Service description

Oriento is a digital service provided in experimental beta.

Personal data processed

• first and last name
• email address
• phone number
• operating system preference
• technical usage data
• crash and log data

Purposes

• beta access and usage management
• service communications
• feedback collection
• technical analysis, security and service improvement

Legal basis

• user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR)
• legitimate interest for security and technical analytics (Art. 6.1.f GDPR)

Third-party tools

• Firebase Analytics for usage analysis
• Sentry for error and crash monitoring

Data transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the European Union. Transfers are carried out in compliance with Articles 44-49 GDPR using Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

Data retention

Data are retained for the duration of the beta and in any case no longer than 12 months after its conclusion, unless required by law.

Communications

Users may be contacted by email or phone only for beta-related purposes. Marketing communications are optional and based on separate consent.

Data subject rights

Users may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent by contacting pietroperona@pec.it. The controller will respond within 30 days.

Minors

The service is intended for users aged 16 or older.
