The owner is not liable for data loss, malfunctions, user decisions based on recaps or indirect damages.

No technical support, response times or bug fixes are guaranteed.

Feedback

Any feedback provided is free, non-confidential and may be freely used by the owner without compensation.

Intellectual property

The software, algorithms, recaps and AI outputs remain the exclusive property of the owner. Users are granted a temporary right of use only.

Modifications and termination

The owner may modify, suspend or discontinue the service or beta at any time.

Age requirement

The service is intended for users aged 16 or older.

Governing law
